How is order my shipped?
Most orders (international and domestic) are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. The day your order goes out you will be emailed a 12-digit tracking number which you can track at: http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=us.

I don't/can't use Paypal can I pay with a check/money order?
You don't need a credit card to use Paypal, you can also sign up using a checking account. We consider checks and money orders on a case-by-case basis so send us an email (store@iconthemicking.com) stating how you plan to pay and what you plan to buy and we'll let you know. Why? This is so we can set it up that you are mailing it out with a tracking number so there can be no complaints of a check/money order never reaching us.

Do you accept returns?
Only on faulty/misprint CDs.

Why do you continue to list products that are out of stock?
To let fans know of their existence. If there is a product that is listed out of stock (particularly shirts and CDs) we will re-press them if enough people show interest in picking them up. So if there's a product that is out of stock, email us at store@iconthemicking.com to let us know you are interested in that product and we will notify you of any plans to make them available again.

Will iCON sign my ______ (CD/vinyl/shirt)?
He sure will, just include in the special instructions during checkout that you would like him to do so or send us an email (store@iconthemicking.com) after your order goes through from the same email address on the paypal account.
