Ok folks we have 4 days until I will be running 13.1 miles! Now I don’t have to tell you running is boring but… Running is boring!!!!!! And what better way to pass the time than with some great music right?

So what I need from you guys is your suggestions of what to listen to while I run. What are some of your favorite songs to run to? What gets you hyped?what makes you literally go that extra mile? Leave em in the comments to the youtube video of Run4YL or right here on icon the mic king dot com!

It’s gonna take me a little over 2 hours to finish the race do I need a lot of tracks. After the race is over I’ll pick my favorite and either Chum or Fishr Pryce will provide y’all with a dazzling mixtape hosted by me with some exclusives!

There’s been a lot of talk about the Cool-Aide project Chum and I have been working on for some time now. But we feel like it’s the record of our careers so far and we want it to get the proper love that it deserves. We want to establish ourselves a little more before Cool-Aide comes out so we made a record that we want you to hear before Cool-Aide comes out called “Flavor Ade.”
