First off shout out to everyone that showed me love on the running blog&. Shouts to all the sites that put it up or wrote aobut me. I got a lot of cool words of encouragement from the people of the Interwebs. Much appreciated y’all. I spent the last 2 months running mostly by myself and it’s cool to see that there are people out there that respect my efforts! Thank you!

Oh and to the one dude that said I was “supposedly running” in the video. Boy! Look at my shadow in the video you can SEE me running you nincompoop!

Now! Last week I was busy minding my business as usual and making my rounds with the running blog and this man (my cousin of all people) PackFM challenged ME (of all people) to a race!!!!!!!!

He wants to do a 100, 200, and 400!!!

Granted, he is a former track star. Gold medals and things. But I’m no slouch myself. I take it easy in this distance running, but get me on a track….sheesh…I’m superextramega fast…real rap….what are you crazy Pack?

Aight fam, I’ll take you up on your challenge.

So here’s how it’s going down folks. Pack and I are going to race on the 16th of January. About a week before the half-marathon. 100 meters, 200 meters, and 400 meters. Best of the three. Now who do you guys think is gonna win? The 5′9 guy who used to be a gold medalist but hasn’t done anything athletically regularly in eleven years other than jump around onstage? Or the 6′1 guy who has been training two months for a half-marathon?

RUN 4YL: The Running Blog!

Ok folks! I got less than a month left and I’m kicking it into high gear with the blogs and running. This is the first running blog. I’m gonna do a few of these every week whenever I can think of some place interesting to run and show you. This time I ran from North Philly to Ikea in South Philly. I think there wasn’t enough oxygen going to my brain because I said Ubiq was on 14th or 16th Street. 14TH STREET IS BROAD STREET DUMMY! HAHHAHA.

Aight, I gotta go get my running in for the day.

Shoot me some ideas of where I should run. I think I’m gonna run from 42nd street in NYC to Junior’s in Brooklyn for some cheesecake. No…seriously hahaha.
